When you make your monthly payments to Keyper, Keyper pays your landlord on their terms directly using a bank transfer.
Paying your RNPL rent is easy! You can use your credit/debit card or direct debit for seamless automatic payments.
You can set your monthly payment schedule as part of your RNPL contract. You can adjust your schedule in the future for a small fee.
You can pay your security deposit over 3 months however RNPL does not cover leasing commissions.
If an attempt to withdraw from your card is unsuccessful, we will notify you. If the rent payment is unsuccessful by end of day, a market standard late payment fee will be applied.
Yes, you will need a UAE-issued credit or debit card to collect rental payments, which requires you to have a bank account
Your first monthly payment to Keyper will be due before the move in date. Depending on when the agreement is signed, it will be due either 1 week before move-in date or at contract signing - whichever date is later.
Yes, you can end your RNPL contract early with standard notice and pay a market standard early termination fee.
- A minimum Monthly Income of 10,000 AED
- A minimum AECB Credit Score of 540
- You must be the end user tenant (the person living in the unit)
We understand that it can take new residents a while to set up their bank account, so we take applications for new residents on a case by case basis.
